For orders outside Switzerland, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  • If the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact your local delivery carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
  1. Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If an error is identified after placing your order, contact us immediately. Address corrections may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched.
  1. Unclaimed or Refused Packages
