3.2 We accept payments via Stripe, Twint, Bank transfer . Currency conversions may apply for orders outside Switzerland.

  1. Delivery

4.1 Delivery is available within Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France and Dubai. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination if apply .

4.2 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Switzerland: 2–5 business days.
  • Other Countries: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Exact estimates will be provided at checkout or upon confirmation of the order.

4.3 Customs Duties: For EU and Dubai customers, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return and Refund Policy

1.1 Switzerland: We offer voluntary returns for unopened, unused products and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

1.2 EU Customers: Under EU regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened, unused products and in their original condition, starting from the day you receive your order.

1.3 Dubai Customers: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

2.1 Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.

2.2 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

2.3 For Dubai, customers may be required to cover any customs fees associated with the return.

3.1 Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, adjusted for currency conversion where applicable.

5.1 Opened or used tea products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

5.2 Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
